Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LogiManage. By signing up or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
LogiManage is a subscription-based platform. Features and modules available to your account depend on the plan and modules you subscribe to.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure, for the actions of users on your tenant, and for ensuring the people you invite have agreed to these terms the first time they log in.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't use the service to break any law.
- Don't try to break, reverse-engineer or probe the service outside of responsible-disclosure.
- Don't upload data you don't have the right to upload.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are monthly unless stated otherwise. You can change plans or modules at any time; billing is prorated. We'll always tell you before a material price change.
5. Parent-child companies
Parent companies can manage their child companies and choose which modules each child can access. Each company is billed by LogiManage directly for its own subscription.
6. Intellectual property
You keep ownership of your data. We keep ownership of the software.
7. Warranties & liability
We provide the service "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded.
8. Termination
You can cancel at any time from the in-app billing page. We can suspend accounts that materially breach these terms, with reasonable notice where possible.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
