Why we built this
We run a small courier company. We tried every off-the-shelf transport system out there — they were either built for national carriers with IT departments, or they were glorified spreadsheets with a mobile app bolted on. Neither suited how an actual small operator runs their week.
So we built our own. And when other operators asked to use it, we made it a product.
