Yes. The whole platform — rig management, DDRs, the crew app, compliance, reports and the explorer portal — is free for any company with 20 active people or fewer. No card, no expiry, no per-module pricing.
What happens at the 21st person?
To add your 21st person you switch on the Platform plan: $20 per active person per month, billed from the first person, unlocking everything for unlimited crew. One flat per-person price across the company.
Do I still pay per module?
No — per-module pricing is gone. Free up to 20 people, then one plan with every module (and the explorer portal) included.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Sign up, invite your crew, start logging DDRs. You're only asked for a card if you grow past 20 people.
Can my exploration client get access?
Yes — the explorer portal is included, free, in every plan. Your client gets a login scoped to their project: they review and sign off daily reports, track hole progress and see what's been billed. They can't see your other projects or your crew data.
Can I onboard sub-contractors?
Yes. Each subcontractor gets their own company — their crew data, their compliance — and their own free 20-person tier, while you get a network view across all of them.
