What happens at the 21st person?
To add your 21st person you switch on the Platform plan: $20 per active person per month, billed from the first person, and it unlocks everything for unlimited people. It's one flat per-person price across the whole company.
Do I still pay per module?
No — per-module pricing is gone. Free up to 20 people, then one plan with every module included. Nothing to toggle, nothing to add up.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Sign up, invite your team, start running your operation. You're only asked for a card if you grow past 20 people.
Can I onboard my sub-carriers / subbies?
Yes. Each subbie gets their own company (their data, their rules) and their own free 20-person tier, while you get a network view across all of them. Bringing on a larger network? Get in touch.
Why is Freight Management parent-only?
Freight Management is the dispatch and depot layer that runs across multiple operators — POD, manifest reconciliation, connote printing. It only makes sense at the parent level where you actually own the freight. It's a capability of the parent account, not a separate charge. The customer booking portal is available to everyone.
