LogiBuild grew out of the same platform that already ran drilling and freight operations — turns out builders needed the same thing: one system, not five spreadsheets and a group chat.
Why we built this
Construction sites run on paperwork — site diaries, ITPs, hold points, defects, progress claims, and a dozen statutory obligations that differ by state. Most of it lives in someone's phone photos or a spreadsheet that only one person understands.
So we built it into the same platform already running transport and drilling operations — reusing what worked (compliance tracking, mobile capture, workforce management) and building what construction actually needed: CPM program scheduling, ITPs and hold points, cost control, and the statutory rules that change from state to state.
