What happens at the 21st person?
To add your 21st person you switch on the Platform plan: $20 per active person per month, billed from the first person, and it unlocks everything for unlimited people. It's one flat per-person price across the whole company.
Do I still pay per module?
No — per-module pricing is gone. Free up to 20 people, then one plan with every module included. Nothing to toggle, nothing to add up.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Sign up, pick the construction preset, invite your team, start running the job. You're only asked for a card if you grow past 20 people.
Does it handle SOPA and other state-specific rules?
Yes. Payment-claim response days, warranty periods, mandatory inspection stages and WHS thresholds are all held per Australian state and territory with sensible starting defaults — review and override them for your business at any time.
Can I onboard trade subcontractors?
Yes. Each subcontractor is checked against your compliance requirements (ABN, trade licence, workers-comp, project SWMS) before they can be assigned a work package, and expiring documents trigger reminders automatically.
